Camera & Operator
Clients often source their own photographer and camera equipment for the shoot as they want to achieve a specific photographic style. However, if you don’t have the necessary camera equipment or a photographer available we can source the correct sensors and lenses as well as an experienced aerial camera operator for you.
Sliding Door or Window
There are also two variations of helicopter configurations for your photography shoot. Shooting through a large sliding observation window. This adds increased safety and comfort when in the air, as the door still remains closed throughout flight. Alternatively, you can capture content in the more traditional way, by having the rear passenger-side door locked open, with your photographer and camera secured to the aircraft with a harness. In this option, seats are removed from the aircraft to facilitate the harness, which in turn, creates more space for the photographers’ mobility. This can aid the photographer to achieve greater dynamic photography angles.
Aircraft
Most aerial photography tasks are carried out on an AS355. This aircraft has excellent endurance, perfect if you are looking to shoot at multiple locations in quick succession. Our services also span across the UK and throughout parts of Europe if you are looking for broader scope of iconic landmarks and scenery.
