Multi Drop Site Load lifting
Load lifting tasks are carried out on an AS355 Twin-engine Helicopter. Operating only the latest variants, these aircraft have high performance capabilities that enable safe underslung practices. Incorporated into the underneath of the aircraft is a specialist designed helicopter cargo hook.
Rigged with a long-line the aircraft can also carry a single load or combined with an innovative six hook carousel, for complex tasks, can support swift transportation of multiple loads.
The carousel contains six separate mechanical release mechanisms, one for each hook, controlled from inside the aircraft. Enabling several drop sites per sortie.
With stringent safety objectives, a team of highly experienced personnel will evaluate each lift location and load. Calculating best practice for safe helicopter movements prior to commencement of the contract or ad-hoc lift, as well as assessments throughout the course of works.
